I wish i knew more inspirational quotes. But, i do no one amazingly powerful poem which takes pride of place on my bedroom wall, which im sure I have told all of you about.

Wow. I really like that one SAM. I guess there are a lot of things to run for too, and i guess its to do with preparation and that, you can look at it a lot of ways really. Its just a shame that some people really do have to run, in that their lives involves people chasing them around and bullying them etc etc.

Maybe running is not always the way, perhaps if you slow down to a walk you'll take more in, and learn more?
