Mass Effect 3
Now, I know most of your Mass effect experience has been, depressing at the most:P (Chris only having 15xp on ME1 and being amazed at how he got it:P). but give ME2 a try, demo is on the XBL marketplace and see what you think of it. They've really updated it from ME1 in every way I found when playing it. Anyway, the announcement trailer for ME3 just came out at the VGA and it looks sweeeeet . give it a watch:

I'm sure they said something about having multiplayer in it aswell, its only rumours but I cant see why they wouldn't put it in.

Re: Mass Effect 3
I'll have to try the demo of Mass Effect 2. Only with the hope that it helps me play Mass Effect 1 though.
Oh and yeah - According to ChaoticSpear, I am a Mass Effect GOD because I got some XP. ROFL.
Class.

Yeah man, try it out. they've improved the game play massively and the sense of direction and where to go which made you stop playing the first one right ? Another great thing I loved about ME2 was the Cerberus Network. basically, for people who bought the game from shops ect (not second hand) they got an activation code for it. It gave you loads of free DLC along with backstory of the game.
Re: Mass Effect 3
I've completed Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2 and I'll be honest. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for either or I would have felt ripped off. Martin Sheen is a legend though.
Now, by the look of the trailer, Mass Effect 3 will be the shortest campaign yet. Therefore I will not be buying this one either.

you played the first mission of ME1 and the demo of 2, so you've completed them both?
Re: Mass Effect 3
Is this just going to be a trilogy? If so I'll probably buy them all together at some point and sit in my house for weeks on end and not see the light of day - heh.
Teaser trailers piss me off though. They're basically just "LOOK! Characters and elements from the games we already released! It's a sequel! OMG! NO NEW INFO WHAT SO FUCKING EVER!"
So yeah. Although I think the ME3 gives away a slight bit of plotline - I wouldn't know if it was significant or not without playing the other games.

haha yeah, pretty good idea Atleast you wont be waiting for the next game then thinking "what happened in the last one again".

Yeah, know what you mean about most trailers, the ME2 reveal trailer didn't have much revealing at all. Just showing his armour and then saying KIA, which I suppose did reveal a bit But I know what you mean on the whole. This one also reveals quite a bit. Those things fucking over London is the main thing I think.
